More exposure for your back-to-market listings

With the market the way it is right now, it’s natural that fall-throughs have risen.

To help you and your vendors if it happens, we’ve changed the way we show back-to-market listings on Zoopla.

They’ll now get pushed back to the top of our search results, as if they’re a new listing.

As a result, we’ve already seen a 6% increase in clicks to listings details pages for back-to-market properties

We’re also educating your customers about why homes come back on the market in Zoopla’s news and guides, as well as through some social assets.

Making your next set of buyers more confident about the market

  • Our analysis reveals 36% of sold homes were reduced over the last month. We’re encouraging sellers to listen to agents and price sensibly to achieve a sale – while letting buyers know there’s still plenty of value in the market
  • We’re highlighting optimism in the mortgage market. We highlighted the 12% increase in buyers returning to the market in our latest HPI, and have shared our view that we’ll end the year with sub-5% mortgage rates
  • In Q3, we’ve increased our broadcast coverage by over 400% to ensure our spokespeople are visible, providing balanced insight and expertise on the market. For example, our Executive Director, Richard Donnell appeared on Sky News’ flagship business show, Ian King Live recently to talk about the latest HPI.

Helping you comply with NTS regulations

To comply with National Trading Standards (NTS) regulations, you now need to show an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating on your listing within 30 days of it going live. 

To help you meet requirements on Zoopla, we’ve expanded the ways you can give us EPC listings information to be shown on your listings. 

You can find all the info you need – as well as how to comply with other NTS regulations, like price on application (POA) – in our Help Centre.
