2023 Market Update Webinar for Housebuilders

We recently hosted a webinar giving a housebuilder market update, hosted by our Executive Director of Research, Richard Donnell and our Director of Corporate, Agency and New Homes, Alex Rose.

They discussed the latest stats from the market, and the forecast for the rest of the year – as well as trends, challenges and our solutions for Housebuilders

Our top three takeaways from the discussion were:

  • Many buyers for new homes come from more than 10 miles away – yet housebuilders invest the most money within 10 miles of their developments. We have data and insight to help you target out-of-area buyers to boost your options and generate stronger leads
  • It’s important to invest in sales process efficiency – and the right software can have big benefits for you and your customers here
  • More than a third of all buyers in the coming months will be cash buyers. It’s important to adapt your messaging to first-time buyers and downsizers to push the lower running costs and energy efficiency of new homes
