Our new regional marketing campaign in the North West

We’re painting the town purple near you. You’ll soon be seeing a local marketing campaign from us, turbo-charging results for agents in the North West.

This local campaign will mean 4m of your customers will see targeted Zoopla advertising and content this summer, tailored to their area.

It’s part of our 41% increase in marketing spend in 2024 – and it’ll work hand-in-hand with our eight-week national marketing campaign, which is running until the end of June.

Why is Zoopla focusing on advertising in the North West?

House price growth in the North West is outperforming the current UK average of -0.2%, at 1.1% annual growth.

We’re all about educating tomorrow’s movers about understanding home value – and what that could mean for their next move.

Building market performance into everything we do, we warm up your next set of buyers and sellers, meaning you get an even higher-intent pipeline from us.

Where is Zoopla advertising in the North West this summer?

First off, we’ll be all over local radio. You’ll be hearing us on the likes of Capital, Heart and Greatest Hits.

You’ll also see lots of new outdoor advertising from us – with tailored house price data to match its location and messaging to promote our local agents.

We’re hitting the road, too. A fleet of dozens of new Zoopla purple taxis are flooding the streets – and they’re already proving to be a big hit with agents.

All of this activity will increase visibility of Zoopla agent partners and prompt local buyers and sellers to find their local agent experts on Zoopla.

Using AI technology to market your listings to customers

We’ll also be continuing to run our hyper-localised email marketing, which reaches almost two million users a month.

Every month, we create over 370 AI-powered local market reports, which are tailored to where a user is looking to move.

These are some of our most highly engaged emails and drive an additional 100,000 users to find out more about their local market on Zoopla.co.uk.

New area guides on zoopla.co.uk for your buyers and sellers

To support your buyer and seller conversations, we’re also expanding the number of area guides we have on-site.

Over the past three months, 150 new area guides have been added to Zoopla.co.uk – and we’re not stopping there.

The guides contain valuable information for those considering moving to an area including average asking price, local schools, pubs and transport links, making it easier for your customers to make an informed decision about their next move.

Commenting on the launch, Nikki Cole, Director of National Sales for Zoopla said:

“It’s no secret that Zoopla has unrivalled market and audience intelligence and our latest regional campaign allows us to showcase this to agents and consumers in their local area. We look forward to empowering consumers to use this insight to make better home-buying decisions, and supporting agents during these summer selling months as a result.”
