The promotion
The promotion is offered to customers using Zoopla’s Self-Checkout.
You will be eligible to claim the promotion by purchasing available products through the Self-Checkout portal, providing all information required including payment details.
How to receive the promotion
The promotion will run from 12:00 am on 11th April 2023 (the “Opening Date“) to 12:00am on 31 August 2023 (the “Closing Date“) inclusive.
The promotion must be received by the Promoter by no later than 12:00 am on the Closing Date. All purchases received after the Closing Date are automatically exempt from the promotional offer.
To receive the promotion, purchase through the Self-Checkout portal https://zpg.my.site.com/customer/s/login/ by Closing Date, which must include your completed order, contact details (first and last name, email address, company name, phone number), PO number and any required information.
The Promoter will not accept:
responsibility for promotional purchases that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind;
or
proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of purchase.
By purchasing within the promotional period, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility
The promotional offer is only open to UK-based housebuilders aged 18 years or over, except:
- employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
- employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the purchase or its administration; or
- members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
In purchasing during the period outlined, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to receive the promotion. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to receive the promotion.
The Promoter will not accept promotional purchases that are:
- automatically generated by computer;
- completed by third parties or in bulk;
- illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
- photocopies and not originals; or
- incomplete.
The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the promotional offer.
The promotion
The promotional offer is a discount between 5% and 10% across Zoopla’s marketing products.
Promotional purchases are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the promotion with an alternative promotion of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
The promotion is not negotiable or transferable.
Claiming the promotion
If you are eligible to claim the promotion, you will have until the ‘Closing Date’ to claim the promotional offer by supplying the Promoter with full details of your order following your purchase, which must be in the UK.
The promotion may only be claimed by a third party on your behalf, if they are a qualified supplier, agency or partner.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are ineligible to claim the promotional offer.
Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate, or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the promotional offer except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Ownership of promotional purchases and intellectual property rights
All promotional purchases and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
By submitting your purchase details and any accompanying material, you agree to:
- assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and
- waive all moral rights,
in and to your promotional purchase and otherwise arising in connection with your purchase to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world

General
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the promotional period.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotional offer where it becomes necessary to do so.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
