2023 Market Update Webinar for Estate Agents

• Sales are down but people still need to move – aligning your marketing to their motivations is key. Buyer motivations right now include:
  • Working from home being here to stay
  • An ageing population and increased retirement rates
  • The cost of living / running costs of home
  • The rapid rise in rents
• Downsizers and first-time buyers are key buyer segments in 2023 and going into 2024, particularly in regions where it is still cheaper to buy than rent.
