Big news: we’re the Headline Sponsor of The Negotiator Awards and Conference 2024. The events will take place at the iconic Grosvenor House on Park Lane, London on 29th November 2024.
The Negotiator Awards, established 16 years ago, is the UK’s leading independent awards programme, celebrating excellence within the estate and letting agent industry, as well as recognising the contributions of suppliers and the wider residential property sector.
The Awards are still open for nominations for agents and suppliers to take part in this year’s programme until 20th September 2024.

Known for being committed to fairness and transparency, The Negotiator’s awards have evolved into the most prestigious programme to spotlight and celebrate the best in UK estate and letting agency.
It is judged by a 30-strong panel of well-known industry leaders and experts and is supported by the leading trade bodies: Propertymark, RICS, SafeAgent, The Guild and RAN.
The awards are free to enter, giving agents big and small the chance to shine the spotlight on the great work they do.
The Negotiator Conference & Expo, launched 12 years ago, has become the key industry summit for the estate and letting agency industry.
Taking place before the Awards, it brings together independent agents from right across the UK to discuss the issues of the day, prepare agents for the coming year, to learn and to network.
The event is certified for CPD with the CPD Certification Service and with Propertymark. The event is supported by an exhibition of up to 40 suppliers to the estate and letting industry.
As Headline Sponsor, Zoopla will be visible at both events through various stands, speaking slots and advertising. We’ll also be sponsoring an award for each region of the UK, providing recognition for estate agents who go above and beyond in their local area when it comes to innovation and customer service.
Zoopla’s support also contributes to the event qualifying as CPD for agents and provides a competitive advantage to them as they look to 2025. The themes under discussion will be technology, regulation and the housing market under the Labour Government.
Commenting on the new partnership with Zoopla, Event Director Grant Leonard said, “We’re thrilled to have such a dynamic and exciting contributor to the UK residential industry as our Headline sponsoring partner for this year’s Awards and Conference. Zoopla will be presenting the trophies to our Regional winners and finalists on the big day when the winners are revealed and we’re excited to have Zoopla’s participation in The Negotiator Conference where everyone will benefit from their input and insights.”
Nikki Cole, Director of National Sales at Zoopla said: “It’s time to paint The Negotiator Awards and Conference purple! We’re looking forward to recognising the fantastic work of the estate agent community over the past year as Headline Sponsor, and hearing more feedback from agents on the ground about how we can continue to support them to make the most of the market.”
