Our upgraded experience helps prospective vendors find an agent and sell with confidence.

In this new experience, homeowners will be able to:

  • Instantly find out how many buyers their home could reach if listed at different price points.
  • See how many similar homes are already up for sale.
  • Match with estate agents, like you, who excel at selling homes like theirs.

As a result, homeowners will be better-informed, with a higher likelihood of converting to instruction.

How does it work for an estate agent?

Every time a lead is submitted through this new experience, we’ll send you an ‘enriched lead’ as an additional email alongside your usual lead email (if your CRM systems allow for this).

To give you the best chance of winning the instruction, we’ve packed our enriched leads with powerful insights, including:

  • Why the homeowner is selling, and what areas and homes they’re searching for now.
  • A price estimate for the homeowner’s property and a link to its previous listing, where applicable.
  • A snapshot of your local agent competition and data to support why the homeowner should choose you.

How you’ll know you’ve got a high-quality lead

There are three potential ways to receive and identify one of these new leads during the trial period.

Enriched lead email

During the trial period, you’ll receive the new enriched lead email. However, agents that only view leads through CRM integrations won’t see these.

Regular lead email

All agents will still receive their usual lead email with no disruption. The ‘message’ field of these leads will reflect they come from this trial:

A motivated homeowner has shortlisted you and is ready to move.

Phone lead

If you receive a phone lead, you’ll hear a short message before being connected to the caller that will say:

“Zoopla is connecting you with a high-quality seller lead. More motivated movers are on Zoopla”

How do I get involved?

You don’t need to do anything to take part in this – you’ll be automatically entered into the trial until March 31st. All we ask in return is for you to share some honest feedback via a quick form.

When will the trial begin?

It’s already started – and eligible branches are automatically opted in.

When will results be shared?

We will share results with customers once the trial has concluded.

Will enriched leads be recorded in Zoopla Pro and CRM?

The lead will be stored in Zoopla Pro, the enriched data currently is only on the email. We are working on adding it into Zoopla Pro as soon as possible.

Will this skew stats and show as a double lead?

No this will only count as one lead in stats. The supplementary enriched email is not reported as an additional lead.

Will this be removing any Valuation Booster leads?

No, this is an additional opportunity and an entirely new source of leads – it will not remove any Valuation Booster leads.
