Starting this September, we’re the Official Property Partner of England Cricket
We’re hitting it out of the park, with a new partnership with England Cricket that will see us all over grounds across the country.
It’s all part of our mission to be the UK’s #1 partner for key home decisions – and this collaboration will help get more buyers and sellers to make those decisions with our agents.
The partnership launches today, at the final Rothesay Men’s Test against Sri Lanka at The Kia Oval in London, boosting our visibility during the final moving months of 2024.
And, to support our regional presence, you’ll be seeing us in cricket grounds across the country, including those in Manchester, Birmingham, Lancashire, the North-West of England, the Midlands and the South-West.
The partnership includes in-ground advertising on the pitch perimeter and on big screens – cementing our position as the first place the UK comes for property prices and to sell.
As part of the partnership, we’ll also sponsor national grassroots initiatives, supporting cricket communities nationwide.
This will showcase the value agents bring to their local communities – and how our property data can help with their next home move.
The partnership with England Cricket puts us at the forefront of a growing sport with universal appeal.
More than half of cricket fans are aged between 35 and 64 years old – ages that are key homeowner and mover audiences.
Commenting on the partnership, Charlie Bryant, CEO of Zoopla and Houseful said:
“We are delighted to be partnering with England Cricket as its official property partner. Like Zoopla, which is known by over 90% of UK adults, cricket is part of our national fabric and we are excited to be supporting it at the national through to grassroots level.
“With the sport’s strong following in the core home mover audience and the cricketing heartlands in the Midlands and North of England, we are also excited about the benefits that Zoopla’s increased consumer visibility will bring to our agent and housebuilder customers.”
As 2024 starts to wind down, we’re just gearing up. That’s because our biggest-ever marketing campaign launches over Christmas – driving motivated movers to Zoopla agents, at scale.
